The Royal Haciendas is the latest addition to the Royal Resorts collection. A five star resort located on a beautiful beach in the heart of the Riviera Maya, offering luxury and comfort in a splendid natural setting.

With its classic arches, columns, terraces, fountains and gardens, the low-rise architecture at The Royal Haciendas is inspired by the grand old haciendas or estates of the Yucatan which prospered from the cultivation of a native agave plant called henequen or sisal in the late 19th century and the first two decades of the 20th century.

The Royal Haciendas offers 181 villas distributed in 3 phases.

Spacious and comfortable, the tastefully decorated and fully furnished two-bedroom, two-bathroom villas sleep up to six people and offer 1,613.07 square feet of living space for you and your family (Flexivilla 1,332.46 ft2 and Terrace & Balcony 280.61 ft2).

The Royal Haciendas opened on July 1, 2006 with 55 beautifully appointed two-bedroom villas with spectacular ocean views. Phase II of the resort was inaugurated on June 30, 2007 with a further 71 villas and Phase III on June 21, 2008 with 55 villas.

The Royal Haciendas is located in the heart of the Riviera Maya, just five minutes north of the district capital, Playa del Carmen, and 30 minutes from Cancun International Airport.
